If You Hate Working Out Science Says You’re More Intelligent

I don’t think it’s smart to be overweight, but I do however, think that it’s smart to hate working out. I mean, whether you’re pounding the streets in your jogging gear, or working up a sweat on some ab crunching machine – there is no way that you are actually getting any joy from the activity.

Well it turns out that science is on hand to reinforce what we probably all knew anyway – that people who dislike working out are generally more intelligent. No, we are not referring to jocks vs. nerds conflict from Hollywood, but something a little more factual.

Obviously these finding have come from a new study, so I doubt the whole world is going to crack at the seams because of this recent revelation. There may well be something in it however, with the results published in the “Journal of Health Psychology” by researchers from Florida Gulf Coast University.
